Day in the Life

  • Service existing customer’s travel reservations
  • Assist sales team members with customer service tasks
  • Offer outstanding service both on the phone and over email
  • Problem solve travel related issues that arise
  • Balance multiple service tasks while remaining on track

What you’ll Need

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • A valid passport & the ability to travel internationally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solution oriented while working under deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritize
  • Customer service oriented
  • Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zoom, Slack, Outlook
  • Willingness to continually learn and develop skills
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
