A Day in the Life
- Work with incoming leads via phone/email and discuss their ideal travel plans.
- Research travel and provide the customer with their ideal travel package
- Assist customers with booking their travel packages.
- Offer outstanding customer service, both verbal and written
- Problem solve travel related issues that arise
- Demonstrate the ability to balance customer service with sales results
- Offer advice on destinations and be knowledgeable about the overall travel process

What you’ll Need
- Ability to work productively from home
- Prefer candidates with a degree
- 2+ years of sales/customer service experience
- A valid passport
- Ability to travel internationally up to 4 times a year
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Team player
- Strong listening skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a sales driven environment
- Proven ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritize tasks
- Customer service oriented mind-set
- Competitive attitude
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zoom, Slack, Outlook
- Bilingual is a plus
