Travel always provides me with incredible, transformative experiences. It allows me to step outside my routine, to gain some perspective, and to connect with people from all over the world. It helps me stay present and live with gratitude. It helps me better understand myself and realize that the majority of my suffering is self-inflicted through anxiety and worry, and when measured up against the beauty of life and new experiences, these day-to-day worries seem so small in comparison.
When I’m not traveling, I enjoy gaming, playing my guitar, singing, and reading sci-fi/fantasy novels or books on psychology, philosophy, business, history, and evolutionary biology. When I’m on vacation, you’ll typically find me by the swim-up bar, relaxing by the pool with a book in my hand or in a heated, late-night discussion on life’s biggest questions; like what do we do now that the word “literally” means both literally and not literally.
