About Kendyll

I began working at Modern Destination Weddings fresh out of college in 2018. I have been fascinated by weddings since I was a child, and I always knew I wanted to work in the wedding industry once I graduated. Working in the travel industry was never a thought that had even crossed my mind. The most interesting part of my story is that I had never been out of the country – I didn’t even have a passport! That very quickly changed as I was off to Mexico within 3 months of joining the Modern team. And within a year, I went back to Mexico 3 more times and made my way to Jamaica.

Blending weddings and travel has resulted in what many would call a dream job. I am so proud and fortunate to be a part of the Modern team. I love connecting with my couples from all over the United States, and being a part of making their wedding dreams become a reality. I love the joy and excitement that builds in my couples as we navigate the research to find the perfect venue, secure their forever date and manage their travel plans.
