A Day in the Life
- Market yourself and network in order to drive business and cultivate your travel leads
- Work with leads via phone/email and discuss their ideal travel plans
- Research travel and provide the customer with their ideal travel package
- Assist customers with booking their travel packages
- Offer outstanding customer service, both verbal and written
- Problem solve travel related issues that arise
- Demonstrate the ability to balance customer service with sales
- Offer advice on destinations and be knowledgeable about the overall travel process

What you’ll Need
- 2+ years of travel agent experience
- Ability to work productively from home
- Ability to respond to customers within 24 hours
- Ability to market yourself online and/or offline to cultivate travel leads
- A valid passport, and the ability to travel internationally at least 2 times a year
- Team player
- Strong listening skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a sales driven environment
- Proven ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritize tasks
- Customer service oriented mind-set
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zoom, Slack
- Bilingual is a plus
