Planning an overseas trip for 20+ family members is no easy task—but thanks to Sheba Matthews, our Spence Family Reunion in Jamaica was absolutely flawless from start to finish.

From the very first conversation, Sheba was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in making our reunion unforgettable. She guided me through every step—handling the initial details, securing bookings, managing payments, and keeping me updated on who had reserved. She even arranged transportation for every guest and ensured we had a private dining area for our reunion dinner. The RUI Ocho Rios exceeded all expectations! I have been working with this company since I went on my honeymoon we have since went on one trip every year for the past five years she will Mathews is one of the most comfortable hard-working travel agents I’ve ever used. The company itself is great when she has to be the best worker. I was always updated to the point of where there was a price change significant enough for them to trigger a savings and she let me know on my next vacation that will be taken off because I had basically credit with the company and this day and age nobody works that hard to make you happy. They have firsthand knowledge of the properties. They’re sending you to whether they’ll be good if the food will be good and will you be safe and that makes me and my wife extremely happy we will be using this company to travel internationally Until we stop. Most people don’t read long reviews, but I know I do if somebody takes their time to let somebody know the truth this company is legit and she is the best. I’m booking a trip to Mexico right now.
