With an innovative concept that eliminates the fourth wall, Jade Mountain offers 29 exquisitely appointed suites, known as “sanctuaries.” These sanctuaries provide a haven from which you can immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of St. Lucia’s iconic twin peaks, the Pitons World Heritage Site, and the timeless Caribbean Sea.
The living areas of the rooms are finished with more than 20 different species of tropical hardwood flooring and trims harvested in an environmentally sustainable way. JADE MOUNTAIN’s technicians actually visited the Rain Forest of Guyana and personally chose which trees to be used. A multitude of hardwoods have been used including Purpleheart, Greenheart, Locust, Kabukali, Snakewood, Bloodwood, Etikburabali, Futukbali, Taurino, Mora and Cabbage Wood. In addition to locally made fine tropical wood furniture an eclectic collection of furniture has been placed in the sanctuaries giving each one of them their own individualistic ambiance.
There are no televisions, radio, or telephone in all sanctuaries in keeping with the overall resort experience.
Guests at Jade Mountain are kindly asked to not use their cell phones in public areas and keep them on vibrate setting whilst on property. Internet access is available at the JADE MOUNTAIN reception and wi-fi is also available in the individual guest sanctuaries.
JADE MOUNTAIN is St. Lucia’s only resort property with the iconic view of both the Piti and Gros Piton mountains floating upon the Caribbean Sea. The location of the property is unsurpassed, rising majestically above the private estate of ANSE CHASTANET with 600 lush tropical acres bordering two soft, sand Caribbean beaches with pristine coral reefs just off shore. Part of the estate is the historical plantation of Anse Mamin and Emerald Estate where the resort grows its own organic produce.
Enjoy the exclusivity and privacy of Jade Mountain with all of sister resort Anse Chastanet’s restaurants, bars, boutiques, art gallery, spa, scuba, bike and watersports facilities as well as 2 soft sand beaches available and easily accessible to Jade Mountain guests by foot or resort shuttle at all times.
Sky Jacuzzi Suite
The 5 Sky Jacuzzi Suites are located on the lower hillside level of JADE MOUNTAIN. The Sky suites feature large bathtub for 2 persons but they do not have a private pool. The Sky suites feature 15ft height ceilings and have the 4th wall open to the views yet are completely private. The suites average about 1650 square feet. The Sky suites feature a two level room lay out, with a large and comfortable living space and open bath design, with large, raised chromatherapy couples tub towering above the living space, open to the views. One of the Sky suites situated on the north-east corner has windows and air-conditioning. This unit can be requested when booking a Sky suite.

I have been working with this company since I went on my honeymoon we have since went on one trip every year for the past five years she will Mathews is one of the most comfortable hard-working travel agents I’ve ever used. The company itself is great when she has to be the best worker. I was always updated to the point of where there was a price change significant enough for them to trigger a savings and she let me know on my next vacation that will be taken off because I had basically credit with the company and this day and age nobody works that hard to make you happy. They have firsthand knowledge of the properties. They’re sending you to whether they’ll be good if the food will be good and will you be safe and that makes me and my wife extremely happy we will be using this company to travel internationally Until we stop. Most people don’t read long reviews, but I know I do if somebody takes their time to let somebody know the truth this company is legit and she is the best. I’m booking a trip to Mexico right now.

My (now) husband and I chose Modern Travelworks to assist with our room block arrangement and help our guests book their accommodations with the resort for our destinationwedding. From our very first conversation with Sheba and Fereshta, we knew we made the right choice. They were very warm, funny, knowledgeable, professional, and made everything incredibly easy from the first day up unto the wedding. Sheba was very quick with guest quotes (sometimes multiple for one person), and went over and beyond tracking people down and getting them to book (I've learned people procrastinate a LOT- that part was a bit nerve-wracking!). But she got it done with minimal work needed on our part. Closer to the wedding, my best friend's husband had another serious complication from a brain surgery he had months prior and they were unable to attend. I had fronted the cost for their stay because I really wanted them to be there and I know medical bills were piling up for them. Once I learned they couldn't attend, I reached out to Sheba to see if there was any way I could recover any of the money I paid. I knew it would be a long shot since I didn't remember to buy the travel insurance (I highly suggest getting it just in case!!!). However, Sheba was able to recover the full amount once we submitted medical documentation! I don't know how she did it- I can only think she's a magician or something! Sheba Matthews has been our travel agent since 2021 and she’s literally the BEST EVER! In 2020 during the shutdown, my friends (that I met in college over 40 years ago), and I were having our virtual girls afternoon outing via Zoom. We decided we wanted to host a Destination Birthday Celebration for our 60th birthdays in 2022. We found Sheba Mathews, Team Leader, Modern Travelworks on line and she did not disappoint. Sheba helped us plan a fabulous Destination Birthday Celebration for us and our guests; 35 in total at Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa Resort, Cancun, Mexico. The five star resort was spectacular. Sheba coordinated with the resort to make sure our vacation was Amazing and Memorable. We could not have experienced such Awesomeness without Sheba. This was one of the best vacations I have ever experienced. I’m still smiling.Throughout the process, Sheba Mathews was professional, approachable, responsive and very patient with the hostesses and our guests. She worked with the resort in order for them to provide us with a complimentary space for our meet and greet and a complimentary cocktail hour and dinner for our birthday celebration. Plus there were numerous surprises for all 5 hostesses and the 4 guests turning 60 in 2022! We felt very special!Everyone had a fabulous time! I mean everyone! The all-inclusive resort was beautiful, the staff was amazing and the food was great!I will definitely use Sheba’s services again! If you are planning a destination wedding, vow renewal, birthday celebration or just a vacation with family and friends, and you need a travel agent to assist, I highly recommend Sheba Mathews!

Modern Travelworks is a GREAT and TRUSTWORTHY travel agency to use when booking your vacation to Mexico. Like most people, I take online reviews with a grain of salt, but truly, this travel agency went far beyond our expectations for a special trip and helped when I experienced an unexpected turn during the trip.We primarily coordinated our trip with Krystal Aziz. Due to pandemic, the emails went back and forth for over a year. Krystal always responded in a timely matter and provided recommendations to make the best out of our trip! Krystal was able to get us the hotel room we wanted, for the entire duration of our trip, so we didn’t have to bother with the hassle of trading rooms in the middle of our vacation.Krystal made it easy on us by setting up transportation from the airport to hotels. This gave us the confidence knowing what to expect on each leg of our trip, and knew our logistics would be there so our vacation would not be interrupted.Lastly, a special thank you to Mike Hart as well. Mike was covering for Krystal when I unexpectedly needed transportation arrangements. Within the same business day, Krystal and Mike worked together to secure transportation while even considering earlier pick up times for expected heavy traffic.All of this assistance proved valuable, our trip was great, and would use Modern Travelworks again to plan our next trip!Thank You!!!!
